Hi I’m Kate,

For as long as I can remember I have always been interested in the mind… how we as unique individuals perceive and live in our world and what is it that leads us to think, feel and behave the way we do. It was this together with a motivation to help others that lead me to complete a degree in psychology and work within the Human Resources profession.

On a personal level, I have always been driven by a sense that I am part of something much larger than myself. I have never been a religious person, but I have always believed in a higher power or greater source of energy, and the importance of humanity’s’ connection to the energy and cycles of nature, the land, ocean and greater universe. I have always felt that our alignment with those cycles and to each other is what connects us with our natural self for our health and wellbeing.

But it wasn’t until I experienced a major change and emotional upheaval in my life that I found my spirituality. It was then that the professional and personal aspects of my life collided and changed my trajectory in a very profound way.

My motivation to help others expanded, and now provides me with a much greater sense of meaning and purpose. In exploring my spirituality I am able to embrace who I am meant to be and not who I had learned to be. I realised I wanted to help people beyond the limitations of psychology and the corporate world, and to help people to heal holistically, recognising the significance of inner knowledge, emotions and feelings.

Through my qualifications in Spiritual Counselling, Hahnemann Healing and Concomitant Healing I find immense joy and hold great passion for providing emotional healing to my clients that enables them to find a greater connection between their mind, body and spirit. Healing that enables them to understand themselves more fully, to move forward through negative emotions and to meet life’s challenges, whilst also growing in their capacity to love and find enjoyment in life.
